A. All attempts to hack our system that are not caught by other security measures in place will immediately be placed in our firewall deny rules. Security logs are monitored daily for suspicious activity.
If for any reason you are no longer able to access your server or services on your server, please contact us with the date, time, and type of request you are performing. We will investigate the validity of the request and work to resolve the access issue.
