| Article number: kb-15 | Q. What is an XPloit?
A. "XPloits" are a common but fairly new risk to websites. What usually occurs is a site will either submit a link to your site for publication, get their site listed on your referer log, or send you email iwht an "XPloit" link. To you, it will look like a legitimate URL. However, it is pointing you to a site that will send your PC a virus. These are typically worms, however we do not believe it is limited to worms.
We are able to identify these through "XBL - XPloit Blacklists"
